Spent time yesterday and today building the head of Uncle Sam for a wearable Balloon Structure.

The head is about 28-30 inches high and 34 inches wide.The body will be somewhere between 6.5 and 8.0 ft tall. I installed the top hat and it set at a jaunty angle.  I like how it is going.  Please feel free to make comments on how I could improve. One design point I can't do much with is the fact that hat is largely hollow.  If I build the sides more densely, it becomes a sail and I won't be able to keep the structure upright.
