I have gotten tied up in details for the past few days.
One thing that pulled me into a time sink was some new software that would allow us to design decor. It is a very cool product and going in the right direction. It is also in early stages of development and there are lots of detail questions about how it does things. Unfortunately, software has a learning curve.

Another area that got me in some detail that will pay off big time was looking at a system called ClikClik. Historically, I would go up an ladder to connect lines from the ceiling to a large balloons and/or banners. This system shown below will allow us to do installs and take down faster than ever before and without moving ladders around.  Ain't technology grand!
